SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has left our shop we will notify you via email. When your order has been dispatched you will get a separate email with your tracking number. If you are purchasing internationally (Outside of Australia) your package will come with compulsory tracking. Please note for small envelope sized items tracking will not be available. 

SHIPPING WINDOWS

Domestic (within Australia)

 

- Queensland orders: Please allow 2-5 business days for populated regions and 3-6 business days for rural areas.

- Interstate orders (Outside Queensland): Please allow 3 - 7 business days. 

International (Outside of Australia)

 

For Europe, USA, Asia, UK and Canada : Please allow 10-30 business days.

Due to the pandemic shipping times both domestically and internationally have increased significantly. Please check with your local post office to see if they are accepting post before placing an order.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE

Returns and exchanges can only be made if you fit the following.

(1) The product you received has a notable manufacturing fault

(2)  The item you received is incorrect to your placed order  

(3) The product has not been misused 

 

Exchange or refund of goods can be refused for misused products, stolen items or change of mind.
